As an Eagle Scout, Class of 1959, I feel obligated to mention a change the Citizenship in the Nation merit badge after 9/11/01.

For those who are familiar with the Boy Scouts of America you know that there are certain Merit Badges that are required to advance higher than the rank of First Class Scout.
During my research into the events of 9/11/2001, I have been following certain leads and some of the go back to 1945 when the Charter of the United Nations was signed by the USA and 49 other countries. The Preamble to the Charter can be located at following address http://www.un.org/aboutun/charter/index.html. I have copied it below: "PREAMBLE
WE THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS DETERMINED

indicates that it was Organized on July 26, 1947 and Activated on September 18, 1947.
If you read the Wikipedia, which has changed 4 or 5 times since my first linking to it, you will find that 2 of the three functions of the CIA violate the above Preamble to the Charter of the United Nations.
Just this morning I discovered "Operation Mockingbird", a program to influence the domestic American media in 1948. The entire piece can be located at the following address: http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/JFKmockingbird.htm.
"The Secret History of the CIA" - Operation Mockingbird which is located at that link overwhelmed me. Apparently, the CIA has been using the Television Stations as well as the larger newspapers as well as other media organizations for over 50 years as a means of propaganda and disinformation.
Is it any wonder that they were silent when President Bush signed his Presidential Order #51, which declares that he has the power to declare a nation emergency, with a broad definition of what a national emergency is, which would result in his becoming a Dictator and the end of the United States of America and maybe the Boy Scouts of America.
It is also the reason that there weren't any independent investigations to the events of 9/11 and the ease that the media kept it out of the public eyes. I was a Junior in High School in 1963 when JFK was assassinated and didn't pay much attention to politics. I passed my history class by bothering my history teacher on the day of Kennedy's funeral. A friend of mine and I paid him a visit to watch it on his television.
I am sorry, that I did not know as much as I do know or I might have been able to do something after the Warren Commission Report was issued. That was the biggest fairy tale until the 9/11 Official Commission report was issued. They both are equally as faulty.
I am concerned that the Citizenship in the Nation merit badge has added a new requirement to the seven that were there before 2001. The requirement was not just added to the bottom of the seven it was carefully inserted as requirement number 3, probably as an attempt to have it be unnoticed.
The new requirement is "Watch the nation evening news five days in a row OR read the front page of a major daily newspaper five days in a row. Discuss the national issues you learned about with your counselor. Choose one of the issues and explain how it affects you and your family."
Since the CIA has control of all of the major TV stations and most of the front page of a major daily newspaper, it is my belief that the CIA wants to direct the scouts into their Propaganda. This requirement in no way makes a Scout think for himself because Presidential Order #51 did not appear on any front page of any major daily newspaper. The one newspaper that I heard even printed it put it on page 14.
I believe that the America that I was born in in 1946 is not the America that the Boy Scouts of America trained me or any other of the Scouts of my generation.
We were taught the ideals, when you said your Oath you lived your Oath to the best of your abilities.
These days people are taking oaths "to protect and defend the constitution of the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic". If they are obeying those oaths why did the events of 9/11 occur? why is George W. Bush president? Why did the US Supreme Court appoint him president when there was voter fraud committed in Florida during the 2000 presidential elections.
The Boy Scouts of America taught me to try and leave our campsites in better condition after we left than it was in when we arrived. I regret that apparently I am failing to accomplish this in my lifetime. Neither America nor the planet earth are in as good of shape as when I arrived.
BUT at least I can say that "I did my best" in my lifetime to preserve them as much as possible. I did not break my oath and am an honest man.

Email to Senator Dodd re 9/11 and ICC
I was researching the International Criminal Court and came across a May 13, 2002 speech that Mr. Dodd gave in the 107th Congress that starts on Page S4249.
I am not registered with either party but when I hear the same old political games being played with different formats such as You-Tube last night. I become dis interested. All that it means to me is that the "powers that be" are continuing to distract the voters of this country from the real issues that face America.
None of which include "who will be the next president of the United States"?
Mr. Dodd's call "for the country to return to public service" is based on the assumption that there still will be country for Americans feel proud of enough to move forward.
These are sad days for the Americans. They have been lied to by the Bush Administration and those lies are continuing. More and more people are realizing that the events staged on 9/11 were not as the Official 9/11 Commission Report stated. All it did was reinforce the insurance fraud perpetrated perpetrated on the American Citizens.
The actions of the Bush Administration and their desire for secrecy have been stripping the Constitutional rights away from the Citizens along the same line that Hitler stripped the German citizens.
If you would like to meet with me regarding the events of 9/11 I would gladly do so. I believe that I have learned enough to convince you the the 911 Commission report should be withdrawn due to multiple errors and intentional omissions of eyewitness testimony by the Commission. Although I didn't start investigating the events until late 2005 and early 2006. I can point you in any area where experts have supplied the details. I still don't have all the answers.
I am only one of millions of voters who are looking for someone who will make the events of 9/11 into the presidential debates. The mass media has become a propaganda tool used by the current administration.
When the people who took an oath "to protect the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic" don't realize that the 2000 Florida voter fraud in the presidential elections was actually a Coup of the United States Government and without anyone raising their voice that the Constitution has been and is being attacked by domestic enemies, the Bush Administration.
I believe that since the International Criminal Court is now functional that a petition be made to the ICC to investigate the events of 9/11/01. The Rome Statute had been signed by President Clinton on 12/31/2000. On 9/10/01 the Congressional record indicates that a Senator introduced to the Senate two amendments to HR 2500. The first was a listing Congress findings that were about the Rome Treaty and a that for those reasons no funds of the 107 HR 2500 should be expended for that purpose. The second one was eliminating all the findings that he had just listed and inserted wording to the effect that the International Criminal Court should not receive any funds from the United States.
It is my belief that this was done to prevent President Bush from having to face trial in an International Criminal Court for his failures and following activities.
I can assure you that if you meant what you told the Congress on May 13, 2002 and you were to get an investigation started in an International Court you would go down in history as perhaps the most Patriotic Senator and perhaps President in the history of the United States.

Can the CIA be the real terrorists ?
The CIA will celebrate their 60th anniversary on July 26, 2007.
That's 60 years of violating not only the Constitution of the United States but also the Charter of the United Nations that was signed in 1945 with 49 other countries and the God given rights that every other human being on the planet.
60 years of covert operations, training people how to administer torture, assassinations, Coup d'etats, controlled demolitions, drug trafficking, smuggling, spying, breaking other countries agents into defecting, being double agents, causing chaos, kidnapping and the list goes on and on.
Osama bin-Laden had been trained and financed by the CIA to fight the Russians when they were in Afghanistan. Did we really get to see Osama's gratitude on 9/11 for helping him with the Russians?
Is that the loyalty that we are to expect from all the others that the CIA trained?
Maybe Congress should stop the funding of the Central Intelligence Agency and allocate the multi-billions to other things like health care and social security.

Another Answer to a 9/11 question.
I could go on a rant here with all the reasons why George W Bush was on "vacation" so much of his first year(s) as president. He would have gotten in the way and maybe screwed up when it came his turn to play president.
The 2000 Florida voter fraud was necessary because Jeb Bush promised his brother he would win in Florida. The events for 9/11 were already in the works, large amounts of money had been spent on the specialty built aircraft that hit the towers. The US Supreme court appointed the George W. Bush president on a very close vote.

Why aren't they worried about the DVD ?
As a participant in the JFK assassination, the Warren Report was successful using the "lone gunman theory", and they still haven't been caught. They tampered with the Zapruder film and were successful. They destroyed all the evidence and there were a great many suspicious deaths of eyewitnesses.
They have learned over the years to spread disinformation. That is one of the jobs of the CIA and other covert operations.
They have edited certain shots ever so slightly. Removing a frame or two here and there. They can be very persuasive. They aren't in a rush. They are all taking our money away from us with their wars, lack of justice and the abuses of execuitive office. Why would they want to take anymore chances than they have to. Congress isn't doing anything, the executive office is taking care of that. That's why the 2000 fraud was perpetrated.

The Secret Service "leapt into action" ?

Is that just like they did to protect JFK in Dallas. They were ordered away from the car as it made the turn off the planned route.
The driver did not speed up until after the back of his head was blown off. A few shots had been fired by then.
I like your shorthand that turned the secret service into "SS". There was a camera running the entire time he was in the classroom. I think it is posted on You Tube.
Somehow I thought that it was the 3rd grade not the second grade.
Which article has Bush's claim of seeing the first plane hit the tower of the school's TV as he was entering the class.
The only known shots of the first plane hitting were the French brothers who were filming a documentary with the NYC fire department.
It wouldn't surprise me if someone in the government paid someone to film the events from either the other side of the river or from WTC 7 or some other unknown occasion.
FEMA said they were deployed to NYC on Monday 9/10/01.
What is really sick is that our tax money is being used to pay these after the fact accomplices.
There are also false flag truth organizations who block you from entering without warning if you put 2 + 2 together and write 4 as the result in a blog. Specifically Pilots for truth - pushing the fact that American Airlines actually had a flight 77 scheduled for that day when they didn't. The blips on radar only represent a code number that was manually entered into any flight transponder on any aircraft. Period.

Fireworks - The Best Display of Controlled Demolition since 9/11
The 2007 Macy's Fourth of July FIREWORKS display just goes to show how advanced humans have become with the technology dealing with explosives.
It's a shame that the staged 9/11 events that were used to steal our Constitutional rights via the Patriot Act and other pre-written legislation are similar to the technology that was used to time the fiery displays in the sky to the music. What an accomplishment. The people who plan the fireworks display each year deserve the praise.
However, the people who planned and planted the explosives in the three buildings deserve to be in jail, despite the nice careful work. I don't understand who they can think that they were being Patriotic. Most of them were breaking their oaths and are traitors.
The amount of damage to the other buildings near the buildings that were located on property other than the Port Authority of NY & NJ is an indication of how precise the work was that brought down the three (3) buildings with the assistance of Controlled Demolition.
It's just another coincidence about 9/11/2001. WTC1, WTC2 & WTC7 were dropped in their "footprints" but the shell of WTC6, which received much more damage and burnt longer with a hotter fire, had to be rigged to be "pulled" a few days later during the clean-up, or should I say "illegal removal of evidence".

My friend, there are more ways to look at things in the past. Do you know what the American Indian was doing during the same time periods that you are talking about. Probably not.
If you are not going to join us and try to restore our Constitution you are even more uninformed than you sound.
This is July RD and instead of going out and celebrating the signing of our Constitution I am here answering questions, with the hope of getting others to see that we know we have been snookered since the CIA assassinated JFK in 1963. Although at that time most of us had been convinced that the government was good and could be trusted.
I have found during my research into the staged events of 9/11 that it all started in 1947 when someone tricked president Truman into signing the law that created the CIA.
2 of the 3 functions of the CIA violated the Charter that was signed with 50 countries.
Here's the PREAMBLE.
WE THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS DETERMINED
to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind, and
to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and

Can you find anyplace within the Preamble that states except for the United States. Our CIA has been and still is playing nasty games in other countries yards. Yet the Bush Crime Family has constantly used illegal means to extradite citizens from other countries and continues not to turn those alleged CIA agents over to those countries (Germany & Italy). And Bush gives a friend of his who intentionally lied about leaking the name of a CIA agent a "Get Out Of Jail Free" card.

I believe that JFK was killed because he was going to shut down G.H.W.Bush and the CIA.

The Bush Administration is only powerful as long as the rest of the world permits them to continue their human rights violations and continued treaty violations.
They must be stopped. Please help us save the world. As you said

Just check Bush's "Approval ratings" in the polls before you apply that to all the citizens of America. He is consistantly going against the wishes of the people. Congress is in trouble because they have not been able to stop him.

If you are not going to join us and try to restore our Constitution you are even more uninformed than you sound.
This is July RD and instead of going out and celebrating the signing of our Constitution I am here answering questions, with the hope of getting others to see that we know we have been snookered since the CIA assassinated JFK in 1963. Although at that time most of us had been convinced that the government was good and could be trusted.
